It's my first time to use 3G on an iPad device… Upon inserting the sim into its slot…it keeps giving no service on the network status bar…I tried resetting and restoring the iPad but it was no use and I inserted the same 3G sim in an iPhone 4, it worked perfectly… I live outside the states and The iPad is legally unlocked… So please help me resolve this problem
