I have recently made a purchase in the App Store with my iPad mini. It was some gems for a game and I received it accept there was no money in my debit card so now I can't download anything with my iPad mini. I can't even download updates. It would ask me for a different debit/credit card info but I don't have another with money in it. Is there a solution to where I can at least download free apps again. I don't mind changing my info on the iPad mini accept I have tried and it would just give me a error message saying it had timed out and would not accept new info. Please help.
