I have a Windows 7 computer, and I'm trying to get a video from my iPad Mini to my computer. I attached it to my computer and clicked on import photos and videos, and it said that there were no new pictures/videos to be found, even though I know that I've taken more pictures since the last time I imported pictures onto my computer.
