I know that it wants me to connect it to itunes and restore but i also know that if i do that, i will lose all my data and i dont want that! People have told me various ways to back it up but ITUNES ISN'T HELPING VERY MUCH! It shows me the devices option and then the back up option, but its grey and i CANT TURN MY IPAD ON FOR MORE THAN A WEEK NOW! I need help as to how i can back it up using some other method? THANKYOU!
