So basically I sold a few thing on ebay well, 2 weeks a ago I sold my ipad mini on ebay for $263.00 and today I woke up to an email which said the buyer has not received the item but I put tracking information and I was looking around for help and they said I was going to loose the case due to not putting signature on the package I need help can I really loose the case for not putting signature on the package also the tracking says it was delivered. Has anybody had this happen to you if so what was the outcome
