I'm 14 years old.
I suffer from Schizoaffective Disorder and OCD.
I think someone is watching me through my FaceTime camera but I have no proves or anything. I've even put a tape in the cameras of my devices so I won't have this fear anymore. Every time I play with my iPad I put my finger in my camera…
I've even put a tire to hide the cameras. I know it's insane but I can't stop.
Is this because of Schizoaffective disorder? What can I do to stop acting like that?
