You know that little icon in the top left corner beside the wifi strength bars that spins around and tells you that you are using wifi? Well that never goes away on my iPad. I'm not on cloud, I have background refresh turned off and all background apps are closed. I have no idea what is causing this and it's making my iPad really slow whenever I actually need to do things on the internet. My chrome is sometimes super slow and updating apps takes forever, so far I've waited 10 minutes to update a 40mb app.
Any ideas?
