i came to ownership of the ipad under unusual circumstances to say the least, I am a volunteer firefighter and an officer and I were cleaning out a desk at the department and found an ipad in a drawer. It is hard to tell exactly how long it has been there. Also it was reported to have been picked up on the side of the road after a wreck and picked up for safekeeping. No one came to claim it and it is now in my possession. I am trying to find the owner but I cannot do so because it will not turn on. The ipad itself says it is charging but was charging for around 40 minutes and did not turn on… Can someone give ideas on what may be wrong with it?
