My friend played a prank on a friend out of state. He was talking to him on his phone and made a fake kik to prank him with. He was just playing and telling him what he was saying to his online friend. The guy threatened to call the cops but he told him on his phone not to, and thought he was kidding about calling them, he kept going with it hoping to have a good laugh after, but when he revealed that he was doing it. The guy replys that the cops are at his house. The guys tell the cops that it was just a prank between them. The cops ask for a name and he gives them a fake name and they leave, not wanting to get my friend in trouble. My friend is worried that the cops will trace his fake kik to his ipad and he will be in a lot of trouble. Is that possible or will they drop it?
