My ipad 3 has got cracks. As Apple said it will replace it. I went to a trip and my ipad stopped working, and their was no official apple shop, so I give it to a mobile shop, they opened it and fixed it. I heard that once the ipad is opened they won't exchange it! So what do I do now!
