What is wrong with my wifi?

For the past week my wifi keeps craping out on me by quitting. It seems that every time I try to use the wifi at my house it wont work, so then I do a test to confirm the issue and it wont work. I need to wait like 2 minutes for it to kick in to normal speeds again or unplug the thing for 30 seconds. It does this on all of my devices (iPhone 5s, iPad 2, iPod 4, iPod 5, and any other device I am using at the time). How do I fix this? My router is CenturyLink and in the picture. The internet and wireless flash about but have always done that.
