my friend has been taken to a psychiatric ward for a joke he made to his parents. He is not insane that i can attest to. While i was on the phone with him he antagonized some of the hospital staff. They came into the room and immediately started a fight, not realizing i was on the phone with him. He was just asking for a pillow (not very nicely) and he had asked many times before in a nice way. One thing led to another and all the sudden they are threatening him and saying stuff such as "mother ****** your a detriment to society" and "I'll see to it that you stay here forever." then they proceed to take away his phone and ipad saying "you won't need these anymore where you're going" while strapping him down to the bed. Mind you he was not under arrest and he was only being considered for a 5150. Can I do anything with this info my friend may be in serious trouble. Can I possibly get the police to start an investigation into this with what i know and like 0 proof.
Added (1). also they threatened to take him in a room and make it so he couldn't talk… So like a gag, muzzle, or something?
