So I'm took my ipad mini for repair. When I took it to get it repaired, it didn't have a lock/password. But when I got it back it did… So I tried restoring it. Everything went smoothly until the ipad asked to enter the Apple Id and password… I put in the Id and password and it said that I couldn't use that Id… Why? I don't know what to do now… Plus it says it is linked to that Apple account. So why isn't it working… Help! Please?
