I'm 13 and i need a restraining order against my sister. She is always stealing my stuff ($50, Concert ticket and my ipad.) Also she is always yelling at me and talking to me like i'm completely stupid and like she is 1000000000000X better than me and i have had enough. She also has a lot of medical problems and is always at my house and I can't trust her around my stuff. Is there an age i'd have to be before getting one?
