Okay so I really wanted to download iMovie so I went to buy it. All of a sudden it said that you can only download it if you have installed iOS 8.3. I would have installed it but this is my dads iPad and I don't want anything to go wrong. Like for example when I installed iOS 8.2, the iPad turned out to be much slower and dad got a bit angry. It's all good now but I don't want to get in trouble with my dad again for making the iPad slower or something. Is iOS 8.3 worth installing? Is it good or bad? Please answer quick!
