However, I keep getting the "there was a problem downloading the software for the ipad "*****". The network connection timed out." I have restarted over and over 10 times. Yes, the current IOS is 4 and I'm trying to update to 8. I have restarted both computer and ipad, still nothing. I have tried it both on my desktop and laptop. Both of these are connected wirelessly, but I would think that this should not play a factor in it. Don't think it's my anti virus Kaspersky. I have checked. WHY IS IT NOT WORKING Help?
