I'm a 3rd year and going to be living off campus for the very first time. I'm going to be renting a room in a house and the only thing I have to buy is bedroom furniture and my own stuff for the kitchen. I would just like some tips for cooking, commuting, etc. Also, do you think it would be best to invest in an iPad for long class days so I don't have to carry a laptop?
