Does this mean she was recording our Skype call?

I was talking to my ex last night and she was showing me this app on her iPad. She took a screenshot and I saw this in the top corner it says Skype (recording) I've never seen this come up while we were skyping before and it doesn't show up on my phone while we Skype. Could this mean she was recording me?
