Does she have a problem if I scream for help and she didnt feel like moving?

My mom is practically glued to her iPad, shes on it whenever she isnt cooking or doing laundry. She doesnt sleep till 4am because she is on it watching Netflix or playing games. She says its her 'mommy alone time'. She doesnt really talk to us other than to get us to clean our rooms. Ok, so I have a deathly fear of roaches and brother let one in my room. My mom was in the room next door and when I started screaming at the top of my lungs for her she didnt move. She DIDNT WANT TO COME! She didnt even want to know what happened, she was on her iPad playing a 'really complex level' of Candy Crush (she said). She reluctantly came 20 minutes later complaining for me to stop screaming. When she found out it was a roach she was laughing and didnt want to kill it for me because 'look how cute he is, leave him'. I was petrified and asking her to please get rid of it screaming in fear and she finally got rid of it about another 10 min later after she gave in. Okay, so my question is why did she not want to come help me. It hurt to know that if I ever screamed for her she wouldnt come for me.
Added (1). Lol, I understand it is a roach, but its just the fact that she would not come if I needed her. I dont know man… It really hurt and Im torn on if she is taking my screams for help in the middle of the night for light news or I should get over this. I never scream and she didnt want to help me.
