IPad won't connect to Itunes or App Store?


So I was using my IPad earlier, then I went out and came back a few hours later to find my IPad isn't working. The internet is fine, I'm using it right now on my PC, I've also opened up some apps that are required to be connected to the internet and they work, just connecting to the app store and itunes isn't working.

I looked up fixes, I turned it off and back on again, I checked to make sure time and date is correct, I even tried signing out of my apple ID and signing back in but that fails too.

Anyone know what to do?
