Which one? IPad Air 16gb or 32gb?

I'm a senior in high school and as you know technology is really taking over a lot of assignments. I love to have something portable and I've been saving up to buy myself an iPad Air and an apple wireless keyboard. It will be used for all school stuff, won't have very many pictures or videos taken, and no games/apps other than school related. I will also be using this same iPad when I go into college for notes (with the keyboard it's basically a portable laptop for a lot less money)
Which one do you think will fit best for this situation? Is 16gb enough? Or is 32gb too much?
I don't mind the price difference. But I don't want to waste money if I won't use it all. Thank you
