My two sons ages 12 and 4 have a difficult time focusing in school. My 12 year old is a good kid but is struggling in math and has been goofing off in class. All his teachers agree he needs to focus more and put forth more effort and he will be fine. My 4 year old son is in pre-k and the teacher has trouble with him focusing as well. What exercises can I do with them that will help them in school. My wife lets use electronics (Ipad, Iphone, etc.) all the time and I feel that is a major reason behind it.
