Not feeling good enough and in need of a makeover? Pics inside?

Lately insecurity is getting the best of me. I'm starting yo doubt myself and if I receive a compliment, explain it away by saying it's because that persons a friend or this one wants to get on my good side. My self esteem has taken a nosedive because of this. I figured strangers would be honest and I think I need that at thus point.
