When I go to "edit profile" in Instagram, the bio doesn't appear and the second you touch the screen it crashes! The only way you can get it back is to close the app and go back. I have tried restarting my iPad, deleting and reinstalling the app, and the thing where you hold down the home and off button to restart it! What could be wrong?! Please help, this is my business account and I need to change my bio!
Added (1). I just noticed that when I go to edit profile it has the first line of the bio over the bottom of the screen, and when you touch the screen it disappears and freezes…
