Is it healthy to brisk walk whilst on my phone/ipad and not moving my arms?


So I regularly use the treadmill, aim for minimum 30 minutes however I am usually on my tablet the whole 30mins, brisk walking at a fast pace, however I don't move my arms just walk fast on there.
Is it still as effective as if I were swinging my arms.
I feel my heartbeat increase after the 30mins too Even though I am on the tablet to make the 30min feel quicker.
