Is watching IPad videos the same as watching to the same stimulus wise?
Added (1). Lately my Dad has not letting me watch iPad videos later at night due to stimulis I always respond with "It's the same of watching TV…" Therefore, he responds with "Studies show it's different and stimulates you." Keep in mind, I'm not playing games, just watching videos.
