ok so my school gave us the oldest ipads they could during freshman year, and they hardly worked then.I'm a junior now and it's super slow and blacks out all the time (plus it dies less than an hour after i unplug it) , but my school says "it works just fine." is there anything i can do to push it far enough that they can't fix it and will have to give me a new one?Also, i paid for insurance so either way, it costs them nothing and i'm not a freeloader. Please help.
