The blue wifi light is on but none of my devices can print. I'm just getting an error message saying printer is offline. I ve tried go reinstall it's but my devices (iPad and phone and laptop) can't find the printer.
I e done my usual turn off and on again and now I'm stuck. I'm extremely untechnical so please be very basic in your answers. Many thanks
