Chinese Traditional readers needed. Who can also type English

While I was out, visiting my grandparents I stumbled upon this anime but sadly its in Chinese and I can't read it. I also took the picture with my Ipad so it actually isn't that clear, but this is the best photo I have. If someone can someone translate this, I would be really grateful.
