the internet doesn't pop up not even my neighbors. I tried resetting the network settings, the ipad and completely turning off the ipad. Its from the usa and we're now in a different country, my brothers ipad was also from the usa but by changing the region it quickly fixed itself, my ipad won't work when i do that. Can somebody help me please
