WiFi Internal Problem?

I have a Windows 10 PC for 3 years now and my only concern is its connection to the wifi.

My computer is intermittently disconnecting itself from the WiFi saying "no access" with and "!" beside the taskbar icon. This happens every few hours, in the middle of browsing, video, gaming etc. Then shortly after, it creates a buzzing sound. The connection does not slow down regardless of how many devices are connected. It just stops connecting immediately.

The way I fix it is either I restart the computer, disable/enable through device manager or turn the wifi on/off in networking. It is becoming a nuisance and has been interfering with my work.

I do not restart the router since I observed that I think its the computer that has the problem not the router, since other devices within the household (ipads/phones/other laptops/netflix etc.) is connecting well without any interruptions. It is only my PC that experiences it.

I need help to understand the source of the problem, doing quick fixes will not get me anywhere.

Thank you.
