I have just tried to restore the factory settings on my iPad. (iTunes recommended this) Now having unplugged the iPad, it is stuck on the apple screen, not doing anything else. I have tried pressing both the buttons and NOTHING works. I'm freaking out because I can't go back to the shop or anything. Can anyone please help me?
