I have had my iPad 3 for less than a month. I noticed a small crack in the top left corner today. I ordered a case 3 days ago, and it is supposed to come soon. 4 people have used the iPad in the last 20 days, no one dropped it. I am extremely upset about my iPad, and I would like to know what I can do to get the screen replaced. I do not have AppleCare, but apple should care if their product cracks in less than 20 days with 0 drops.At no point was the iPad slammed on any surface, or thrown anywhere. What can I do to get the screen replaced or fixed? Do I have to purchase apple care for apple to care about their customer?
Added (1). Is the iPad still on warranty after ~20 days?
