I want to buy an ipad but i cannot decide what to get either a 16gb ipad mini with 4g (cellular) which i think the 4g will cost a lot or a ipad 2 which is just as good with a bigger screen ipad 2 16gb with 3g which 3g will be cheap so please answer ASAP
