I'm trying to get a ipad. I've just looked at this link http://store.apple.com/us/buy/home/shop_ipad/family/ipad
It says the wifi+cellular model is 629.00 and the wifi model is 499.99.So does that mean the Wifi model can't use a data plan from at&t? and can only use wifi internet?
