Every time i go to the AppStore and try to download a FREE app, it will say "sign in required, tap continue and sign in to view billing information". When sign in it will go to my billing information and say "there's a billing problem with a previous purchase, please update your payment method".So right now on both my iphone 5 and ipad mini, i cannot download any apps. Please tell me if there is a fix for this, I have a legit card on there now, but there is no money on it, so it wants me to exchange it for another, which i don't have, please help!
