When you re-downloading a PC, everything is wiped out. Lots of small programs needed to keep the computer operating are also wiped out and need to be downloaded too. Sometimes, you don't get to re-download all the programs that were downloaded in the factory.Is resetting an iPad to factory default (deleting contents and settings) mean as much trouble too?
