Macbook is late-2008 aluminum, not pro. Battery dead. Works ok.
iPad is the original iPad 3G, cannot upgrade iOS any more. Works fine.
Both are getting older (I probably won't be able to upgrade to the next Mac OSX either.)
I'll upgrade laptop or iPad, but not both. Which is the better upgrade? As in, which will give me more mileage.
Note: I mostly do: Facebooking, emailing, TV watching (in Flash), document composing in Pages.
Will a new iPad with keyboard suffice? And get a new battery for Mac for now.
Currently I rarely use the iPad because I don't like typing on it, and I imagine Pages is not as good. Ideas?
