I got a 2 month chihuahua pomeranian mix almost 2 weeks ago, my mom and i have been teaching him to poop and pee outside, and to listen. When we got him he was shy and the next day he broke out of his shell and began playing with us like crying. He jumps, runs and trots around. Whenever he takes the playing too far and we tell him not to bite or to stop pulling at the iPad charger, he doesn't listen like he used to. He stopped crying to tell us he needs to go outside to do his business. For the past couple of days, he hasn't been doing what we taught him. How can i get my pup back on track? I've tried but he doesn't pay attention.
