I can't sleep no matter what I do?!

I don't get it!
I exercise, I read, I count backwards, I visualize calming areas, drink warm milk.
I'VE DONE EVERYTHING AND I'M STILL WIDE AWAKE. I'm so stressed it's really starting to irritate me. I don't know how to get myself to fall asleep because my brain just won't stop talking, how can I get myself to fall asleep or get myself on a good sleep schedule
