What can I do about my nanny watching too much TV or Ipad?

My son is 18 month old and we have our nanny since he was 5 months old. I knew our nanny through a friend even before I gave birth to my son. She loves our son and my son is so used to be with and loves her. She takes care of our son and cooks meals for him, takes my son out for playing in the park in the evenings. Everything is fine except one problem. She watches too much Ipad/TV while taking care of my son at home. We installed cameras at home and she knew that. Before she watches on TV which is linked to our PC but recently, she watches those drama series and I think she is addicted to it. She watches with her I-pad while feeding the baby and while our son is playing in the room, she is there watching Ipad on our sofa. It's so much annoying to see that our son is playing by himself at the corner of the room and she is watching her I-pad. We told her indirectly and nicely that we want her to play with our son while he was awake. Then, she stopped for a couple of days and then again, she does it again. Since I don't have any friend who has a babysitter and this is my first child, so, I don't know if any other babysistters also watches TV or IPad. I want to know if this behavior is acceptable or not. Should we just tolerate this or should we tell her directly not to watch I-pad while the baby is awake? To be honest, I feel so reluctant to tell her blantly not to watch it and I don't know how to handle this situation either. Any suggestion?
