On both my ipad and iphone, my icloud is asking for the password to a previous apple ID. I want to sign out of this id and use my newer one, but I have no idea what the password would be. I have tried everything- all troubleshooting listed on the apple site, I have tried to get an email sent to the previous email address, and I have even contacted apple support but they have not been much of a help beyond trouble shooting. Neither of my devices have been backed up in months because of this issue. Any ideas?
