Ok. So I'm only asking this question for "educational" purposes. I was wondering what the average penis size was for a 13 (almost 14) year old boy is. I couldn't actually find a ruler at my house but I was able to compare it to the height of my iPad mini (7.87 inches). It was a bit smaller than that. By like a quarter of an inch or so. Is that a small size or… Please help me. I'm only curious, and I don't have siblings to ask. So thanks!
