I tried reset all settings on my ipad but when I reboot it the progress bar under the apple logo is stuck at a certain amount. I dont have a pc so I cannot restore it. When I try to turn it off it turns back on and does the same thing. It wastes battery life and heats up. What am I supposed to do?
