Today, I heard news of apple that they released 9.3 ios to every device in public, so I download to stay updated, however, they included new app called "Night Shift" and Security stuff for notes, but guess what, I have updated my iPad to updated ios, but I DON'T see night shift in brightness settings or anywhere, also don't see touch id for notes, Please help, how do I get those, I want to try them badly.
