How to target ipad with a CSS media query?

I am using XCode's ios simulator on Mac OSX to design HTML that renders differently according to the device it is on. I have successfully created style for iPhone (portrait and landscape) and iPad (landscape).

I am unable to get working code for a media query to identify iPad portrait.

I'm getting pretty desperate now, and would be most grateful for help.

Hi, I would like to buy my mum an ipad for her birthday but I don't know much about them and I don't understand a lot of the info on them. I don't need the latest one. I've been looking on amazon.co.uk and I've seen an ipad 2. The ipad is mainly for using the internet with wifi, skype, google, maybe gps, kinddle, camara, ect. Personal things, not for buisness use and I'm not sure what the biggest one is. The mini ones are quite small and I don't think my mum will see it as well.

Presta.com website, reliable?

Has anyone heard of this site before? Any body have reviews if it works? I am going to be buying a new ipad soon and curious if it is easy to get it through this site, or if it is just a scam.

I usually charge my iPad in the living room even though there is a plug in next to my bed.My mom told me not to use the plug in next to my bed, but if I did would it hurt anything? I have my waterbed plugged into it now…
Added (1). I never said anything about being badass you dumb twit -_- I want to make sure I don't screw up an electrical outlet. I live in a 1920's house.

I will be buying wither one second hand, and will mainly use them for youtube, notetaking and a little web browsing.
Added (1). - I also own a Samsung Galaxy sIII, how much slower would either of them be than it?
- And I am kind of interested in the iPad, because having the Tab 2 might just be like having my phone, just larger, and I am kind of after a new experience.

How to download stuff for free on iPad?

Is there a program on the pc where you can download music, movies, apps, and sync it onto iTunes where you can then put it on an iPad other than spotify. Answers would be greatly appreciated. Thanks!
