IPad is Disabled, Connect to iTunes?

Well, I know that I have to connect my iPad to my computer and restore it. The problem is that I don't want to lose all my stuff. I know that I have a backup from February, but I'm worried it won't have everything I need. There's this program (Dr. Fone) that should allow me to restore recently deleted data, but I also don't want to lose purchased apps. Whenever I click "restore", it says there are purchased apps on the iPad that will be removed if I restore it.

Whenever I try to back it up, it says I need to enter my password onto the iPad.
But the iPad is disabled.
How can I fix this?
