Is this the way to calculate this particular maths sum?

Which product area changes the most as a percentage of total sales from spring to summer?

ipad: 2,300,000 (spring) 3000000(autumn)

ipod: 900000 (spring) 1200000 (autumn)

Do I calculate it like any of method below:

For example the first one ( i have to use words):
2,300,000 / 3000000= 0.76
=0.76 x 100 %= 76% difference (i.e the sales of spring/summer is 76% of the total sales in autumn winter)
= 100%- 76% = 23.4% (total sales )

or it could be just simply.
first one as example: (3,000,000 / 2300000) x 100
= 130% total changes

I know percentage increase or decrease is calculated but how is this calculated.

(not homework or anything… Testing my knowledge)
Added (1). (High school was long years away lol)
Added (2). Thank you. I know how to find out the increase and decrease percentages… But not what the question asks me to find.
