How do I get files off of my iPad?

I have a supervised iPad from my school. I need to try and get some save files from Fallout Shelter off of it and onto my Windows 10 laptop. I have tried using iTunes, but that doesn't work. I tried iCopyBot, but that didn't work either. I used iCloud but that doesn't work. In iCloud, even though the files are set to back up to iCloud, they say they are backed up, but say they aren't backed up and refuse to let me back up. I looked in iCloud drive, which is activated on my iPad, but it shows up completely empty. Does anyone have any help?

My family is addicted to their phones what should I do?

I live with my mother and my father and also my younger brother and my older sister, everyone has an addiction to their cellphones and social media. My older sister is 23 years old and she doesn't have a job, she just stays home all day using her phone and she barely even comes out of her room. My younger brother who is 10 never gets out of the house, he basically just has a blanket over him all day and he just uses his phone or iPad all day, he doesn't like talking unless it's text messaging. My parents also have phone addictions, they never get off of their phones. I can't even talk to any of them because no one pays any attention who anything I say, they are like zombies just staring at their screens all day. I'm 15 and I don't even have a phone addiction, I rarely use my phone. I just think it's sad that some people are so addicted that it's ruined their lives and mine, it sucks. What should I do about this? Can someone be psychologically wrong with them? It's driving me crazy because I feel lonely at home and it's just sad how they are living their lives.

How did my brother get like this. Is my mother weak at parenting?

He's fifteen and constantly being disrespectful, making a mess around the house and not cleaning up after himself, always on his iPad, not listening to parents.
I was watching something with earphones on and over heard some kind of arguing goinng on.
He was going on another one of his non stop barkings. Like it just sounds like a dog barking. "MOM WHERE IS MY FOOD. WHY DIDN't YOU MAKE ME ANY FOOD. EHDIWJEHWJDHDWIWISIDIDjxjsjsxhxusiJ". She didn't say anything but then When really she prepared lunch hours ago and he never comes downstairs on time when they call him. I hear him barking back at my mother basically everyday. With me he's just consantly insulting me. Is this normal fifteen year old boy behaviour.
Added (1). My mother screams at him everyday and the punishment she always resorts to is confiscating his iPad. But nothing changes WHEreas my dad is the kind of easygoing person that's that doesn't care, floating around in the background either drinking or sleeping

Ipad home button broken? Professionals please?

A long time ago I got my ipad repaired because it wouldn't charge when plugged in, something was broken inside of the ipad and I took it to a local electronic "repair" place. They had to replace the screen in the process. They took a long time to fix it and they did except for the fact that there's 3 new problems. The microphone doesn't work anymore unless you use headphones/earbuds, the ipad home button is completely loose, and some places on the screen don't work. Before the home button would still work when I pressed down on it, but occasionally it would wiggle of it place and I had to try to make it to how it was before or else It wouldn't work. A couple days ago I dropped my iPad accidentally, and it knocked the home button out of its place and when I pushed it back in, it was out of place again and now I can't use the home button. (Sorry if I poorly explained this, I don't know how else to.) I managed to get into settings and turn on assistive touch so now I can use touchscreen home button. I'm probably able to wiggle it back into place but I don't understand how… As for what it looks like since I was unable to use a picture here, it looks lodged in and you can see the some of the inside of the ipad. The button is extremely wiggly and loose.

How to log into mdm iPad without log in info?

I was sent 2 weight watchers iPads from the last attendant of our house. We have tried reaching out to her but she doesn't respond and it's been about 1 1/2 years. Is there a way I can use the iPad for my own personal use? I can't get past the screen that asks for log in credentials.

My son wants a doll for his birthday what should I do?

My sons birhday is coming up on July 2nd so I need to buy him something soon, he is going to turn 9 and I gave him my iPad to search up things that he might want and he found a doll on target.com that he wants, it's a Barbie doll and he also wants a doll house to go with it. I don't know what to do, should I order it? I just told him "oh maybe I will buy you that". Should I buy it or do you think that is too girly? My son has always been girly. Should I be worried that he wants a doll? He has never asked for one before.
